 Sales Executive (French-Speaking) (West Africa – Guinea Location)

Department: Commercial Division

Experience: 1-3 Years (Preferably in African Markets)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven French-speaking Sales Executive to join our Commercial Division at Topaz Industry. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of sales experience in African markets and a strong ability to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and ensure timely order processing and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Actively engage in market visits to identify new opportunities, promote products, and expand the customer base.
• Customer Follow-ups: Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups on orders, inquiries, and feedback.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales to meet and exceed assigned targets.
• Order Management: Ensure timely processing, tracking, and delivery of customer orders.
• Payment Collection: Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding dues.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for sales strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in African markets.
• Language: Must be fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for market visits.
• Target-Driven: Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Salary – 1000-1400 USD.

• Must be a Graduate with Accounts/Commerce Specialization (B. Com/M. Com/Inter CA) from any renowned institute or collage.
• Import Export Certification will be added advantage.
• Must have 7-10 years of Experience as a Senior Account Executive of any reputed Import Export Trading Compan

Job Description:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statement including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
• Maintain and reconcile the general Ledger Accounts in Tally Prime Software.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit Purposes.
• Manage GST Compliances: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
• Manage TDS and TCS Compliances: Ensure accurate calculation, deduction, and deposition of TDS and TCS as per statutory requirements. File TDS and TCS returns timely.
• Manage LUT Procedures: Ensure timely application and renewal of LUT for exports. Maintain compliance with LUT requirements to facilitate duty-free export operations.
• Road Tape Scheme: Ensure understanding and application of the Road Tape Scheme for duty-free procurement and export of goods. Maintain compliance with the scheme’s requirements, including documentation and record-keeping.
• Import Export Duty Draw Back: Oversee the duty drawback process to ensure the company receives refunds for eligible duties paid on imported materials that are subsequently
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of stock and warehouse operations.
